Fakhir Mergasori International School Holds Student Soccer Competition

Grade 8-9 students at Fakhir Mergasori International School (FMIS), a SABIS^® PPP school, took part in a soccer competition, which was organized by the SABIS Student Life Organization^®’s (SLO^®) Upper School Department. In the morning time on October 3, 2015, students were divided into teams before starting the game.

After the competition, medals were distributed among the participants. Then, a group photo was taken so everyone could remember the day. “It was such a pleasure for us to come to this activity.

It was great day and I loved it,” a student said. Besides participating in the game, a friendly water balloon fight also took place between the students.

Students were not the only ones pleased with the event. “We really liked the idea of this day because we could see an endless happiness on our kid’s face. We would like to thank all staff who were involved, especially the SLO^®,” a student’s parents said. The soccer competition took place in order to strengthen the bond between students, as well as having a fitness-filled activity.
