FMIS Students Enjoy Barzan

Grade 10 students at Fakhir Mergasori International School (FMIS), a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan, visited the town of Barzan on October 21,2016.

The students spent a beautiful day in Barzan where they participated in a variety of activities together. When the students arrived to Barzan they enjoyed a meal at a restaurant by the river. Afterwards, they gathered on the river banks where they walked around, played, and danced.

The purpose of this trip was to for the students to spend time together outside the classroom and build life-long friendships. It was also a nice opportunity for the teachers to spend time with their students doing activities. “It was extraordinary fun,” said a student.
