Fakhir 3^rd Graders Tour Erbil Civilization Museum

On Wednesday, February 18, 2015, Grade 3 students at Fakhir Mergasori International School were given a tour of the Erbil Civilization Museum. The students discussed their history with the museum directors and enjoyed learning about how people lived in ancient times.

“It was such a great experience for me, I got new information about those who lived in Kurdistan a long time ago. It was fun and amazing,” said one of the students. Parents were equally pleased with the outcome of the trip. “I felt so happy when my son came home and started talking about what he has learnt in the museum and the experience he got from there.”

The event was helpful in bringing together the class to learn about their past and development as a society.
