Fakhir Mergasori International School Holds Student Picnic

Students in grades 2-4 at Fakhir Mergasori International School (FMIS), a SABIS^® PPP school, went to a school picnic on October 10, 2015.

In the morning time students came in to enjoy the day. After all of them were present, they did the traditional Kurdish dance, and then ate some food. Once the students finished eating, they cleaned their surroundings. Some pictures were then taken of the grade 2-4 students, so the day could be remembered. White balloons were then given to the students to play with.

Finally, in the early afternoon, parents came and picked their children up from the day’s event. This activity took place to create a stronger bond between all of the students. Both students and parents appreciated this activity. “It was a really fun day for our children and thanks to all the administration,” a parent said.
