FMIS Lower Grade Cleaning Campaign

On February 4, 2018, lower grade students at Fakhir Mergasori International School (FMIS), a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan, held a cleaning campaign at the school.

The campaign included lower grade students and teachers cleaning their school. They picked up any garbage off the floors, any marks on the walls, etc. They did a great job at cleaning and caring for the school, as well as maintaining the beauty of their environment.

The purpose of the activity was to teach students the importance of cleanliness and tidiness in their environment, and to raise awareness on the risks of a dirty one. “We are ready to clean our school the best we can, because we care for the environment,” said a student.
