Students at FMIS Make School a Colorful Place
Students in grades 3 through 9 at Fakhir Mergasori International School (FMIS), a SABIS® PPP school, made their school a more colorful place from October 5-26, 2015.
Different drawings for the cafeteria, such as colored or painted fruits, were made by the students. Black tires were painted cheerful colors on a daily basis at lunchtime until the project was finished. Some plants were put inside the tires as well, which has given the gardens and the school a brighter appearance. Colorful paintings were made and then hung on the school walls and doors with the help of the art teacher.
Having this activity was a wonderful way for the students to decorate the school with their teachers. “I was really happy to see the students helping each other in decorating and cleaning the school,” a teacher said. By the end of the project, they had all made a great difference in their school by making it colorful.
