Young FMIS Students Enjoy Story Time in the Library
Grade 1 students at Fakhir Mergasori International School, a SABIS® PPP school in Kurdistan, enjoyed a reading activity organized by the SABIS® Student Life Organization®’s Lower School Department on January 11, 2017.
Lower school prefects gathered the children and took them to the school library. There, one of the prefects read a story to the children and asked them questions throughout. The children answered the questions excitedly and were really happy to visit the library.
The purpose of this activity was to have young students engage in stories and develop a love for books at a young age. The students enjoyed the activity, especially spending time with the bigger kids who have a great impact on their young minds. To visit the gallery of the event, please click here.
